Removable Bushings (2000 Series). ProFlex couplings are wrapped in an extra-wide sheath of Series 300 stainless steel for extra strength and rigidity, reducing the need for hangers, too. Designed for use both above and below ground, ProFlex couplings are ideal for all applications where shielded couplings are specified or when extra stability is desired. Fernco ProFlex shielded couplings have unique, one-piece gaskets with removable bushings in all of their 3 inch and 4 inch fittings. This allows each coupling to connect to a wide range of pipe diameters.
