An absolute must in your flood prevention and flood protection plan - this removable liquid rubber is a thick liquid flood protectant that seeps into gaps and cracks in buildings to keep water out. The liquid sealant dries to a strong and flexible watertight coating. Lets you seal out water while remaining flexible and easy to see so that when water recedes you can easily see where you applied it and can easily remove the rubber coating. Part of the Flex Seal Flood Protection family of products. Flood Liquid should be used primarily as a final layer of protection to help seal any small pinholes or openings. The coverage for one coat of the 10oz Flood Liquid when applied 2-inch wide is approximately 20 linear feet. Flood liquid will dry to the touch in approximately 3 to 6 hours and fully cure in approximately 24-48 hours. (Humidity levels may impact this.) This water-repellant sealant is to be used on the exterior of a building.
